These are general directions to help you plan your trip, with more specific directions as we get closer to the date.
From the South:
95 North to 91 North (exit 48, left hand exit). Take 91 North, through Connecticut, over the Massachusetts State Line. Get into the left hand lane until past exit 13 (to avoid sneaky right hand exits without much room to move over). Go to exit 18, which is Northampton.
Time: 3.5 hours from Long Island, either driving around or taking the Bridgeport ferry. 1.5 hours from New Haven
From Boston and Boston Logan Airport:
90 west to exit 4, which is I-91. Take 91 North towards Holyoke. Go to exit 18, which is Northampton.
Time: 1.5 - 1.75 hours from Boston
From Hartford Airport:
Follow signs for I-91, taking the connector road to the highway. Stay in left hand lane, and go north on 91 towards Springfield. Then, follow directions as listed above in "from south."
Time: 40 minutes if you are running late. 45- 50 minutes if you drive the speed limit:)
Also: beware you drivers with New York license plates! We will be leading up to the World Series by that time, and all New York licensed drivers will be looked upon with suspicious eyes by the Massachusetts State Police. Drive cautiously! :)
